A True 5 Star Home! Stayed here for our annual guy's gold trip. Plenty of room for 12 men and the place was perfect. Spotlessly cleaned and well stocked. I think they literally thought of everything. I've stayed at many short-term rentals over the years and this one is at the very top. Beautiful home, with amazing views. Great communication from booking to the end of our stay. Highly recommended!

Wow! The perfect place! We had a large multi-generational family group and it was a fabulous setting. Everything we needed and wanted from gathering spots to kitchen gadgets and pans and a wonderful variety ofcoffee makers were available. We cooked, and laughed, and watched the sunrise and sunsets. We had movie and football watching in the home theater. Also very convenient to hikes and to the town of Waynesville. The descriptions of amenities and rooms are accurate. The host answered all questions promptly.

This is exactly what I hoped Mountain Ridge would be for families when I put the house together—a place where everyone can spread out, but still have plenty of great spaces to come together. Hearing that your family cooked, laughed, watched the sunrises and sunsets, and even fit in some movies and football in the theater makes me smile. I’ve put a lot of thought into the kitchen and all those little extras, right down to having different ways to make that all-important morning coffee, so I love that you noticed! Thank you for choosing Mountain Ridge for your family time. It sounds like you made some wonderful memories there, and that means a lot to me.

This rental was one of the best we have ever rented!! It was clean...immaculate, beautifully decorated with tons of amenities and the views were SPECTACULAR!! We even saw a large black bear with her 3 baby cubs while at the property. There were so many things to do during our stay (pool table, ms. packman, hot tub, games, firepit and movie room) which was perfect because it rained off and on during our stay. The road up to the property was well maintained and made for an easy commute up the mountain. We definitely will return again to stay with our family.
