A great choice for a large family or a group of friends. We truly enjoyed our 2.5-week stay.On the third floor, there's a terrace with an amazing view of the city. There are two small but excellent grocery stores nearby, and Avlabari Metro Station is about 2 kilometers away. The house is located in a quiet area with no traffic noise.The house is clean, free of any unpleasant odors, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable long-term stay. Each floor has its own bathroom and air conditioner.Our host, Guram, was always available, responsive, and happy to help with any questions or requests.Thank you very much!
