Caro Amigo Daniel, Foi uma honra ter aproveitado os vinte dias de nossas férias em seu imóvel. Entramos no dia 05/01/2019 e saímos no dia 20/01/2019. Alugamos 4 dias, o proprietário Daniel muito gente fina e honesto, toda hora nos auxiliando em tudo que tínhamos dúvidas, fora um preço um bom que ele nos fez, apartamento conforme a foto tudo em ordem tudo perfeito, eu e minha família adoramos essas férias, funcionários do condomínio o zelador muito gente boa Demais, só tenho que agradecer por tudo 😀,

Apto muito bom, perto do centro com praia e estadia muita calma! O quarto nao tem tv, a cama de casal precisa ser trocada. Os colchões estão bom e nao tem mal cheiro! Banheiro funciona apenas um totalmente, o outro nao tem chuveiro, um sofá esta com a capa rasgada! Utensílios de cozinha bons... Nao tem a churrasqueira elétrica como dizia o anuncio. As imagens da área de lazer no caso PISCINA E SALÃO DE JOGOS "são propaganda enganosas pois quando nós fomos não pudemos utilizar , e a avenida principal do apartamento até a praia se encontra inteiramente em reforma (um caos).Porem gostamos muito do Apartamento em si, cômodos grandes e confortável! espero que sirva de alerta e que o proprietário tire essas imagens de mera ilustração!

O apartamento é confortável, tem muito espaço, tem uma vista linda para o mar , O proprietário Sr. Daniel foi muito atencioso , o zelador nos recebeu muito bem , Gostamos muito , as fotos do site bem como toda a descrição apartamento foi o que encontramos quando chegamos ao local . Apto Mongaguá

Estivemos no apto por 7 dias agora em Dezembro 2011, td em ordem, apto bem arejado e gostoso. Eu, meu esposo, meu filho c/ a namorada e meu filhinho de 5 anos, visita de meus sogros no fds. Todos os itens anunciados no site estavam ok, como descritos no anúncio. Só a imagem da Tv da Sala que estava ruim, já no quarto, ótima. Ótimos ventiladores de Teto nos Quartos e Salas. Boa Sanduicheira e Churrasqueira elétrica, Cooler grande p/ latinhas. Prédio calmo, correto, limpo, seguro. A praia é muito tranquila e c/ Salva-Vidas, bons quiosques na orla toda. Fica entre o Centro e a Plataforma de Pesca. O Proprietário Daniel tbm foi muito atencioso, recomendamos! Esperamos voltar mais em 2012. Recomendado para: Casais, Adultos + de 55 anos, Famílias com adolescentes, Famílias com crianças.
