Amazing beachfront views!

Amazing beachfront condo with spectacular views of the crystal blue waters! We have been coming to this same beach for 40 years and this location is the absolute best...private beach with gated access and well-maintained, quiet condos fully equipped with beds and kitchen supplies for the family. Large balcony with outdoor seating perfect for enjoying sunrises with your morning coffee. Highly recommend!

The floor was filthy, the hot water job on the tub leaked , there was mold on the shower curtain. Was not peaceful there were planes and helicopters constantly and smokers of cigarettes and weed so couldn’t really sit on the balcony

We’re disappointed to learn about these concerns after your departure, particularly since you stayed with us for a full week and none of these issues were reported to our team during your stay. Had we been notified about the floors, leaking tub fixture, or shower curtain, our team would have been happy to address each of those concerns promptly, typically within hours. We never want a guest to spend an entire vacation dealing with an issue that we could have easily resolved. The building is also completely non smoking. Smoking cigarettes or marijuana is not permitted, and had we been made aware that someone was violating that policy, we would have immediately contacted the appropriate parties to address it. As for the planes and helicopters, our beautiful stretch of the Emerald Coast is also home to several military installations, including Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field. Military aircraft are part of life along our coast, and many of our guests actually enjoy seeing them, including the occasional opportunity to spot some pretty incredible aircraft overhead. Hello, Blue Angels! We truly wish you had reached out during your stay. Our team is readily available to our guests, and we would much rather have the opportunity to resolve a concern while you’re here than learn about it for the first time in a review after a week long stay.
