Property was perfect for our stay. Clean, fresh furnishings, quiet, and within walking distance of everything. Access to the beach was great. Our host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this property and would seek it out for our future VB vacations.

Right on the beach. We liked the location but it can get a bit busy/loud at night. Although I believe that is just normal for the area. Great view from the balcony. Many places were talking distance. We enjoyed our long weekend.

This place was just what we needed. It was very clean with a great view of the ocean. Kevin was a great host and we will book again. The only thing I would say is they need more parking for any extra vehicles.

We had a wonderful stay! The balcony was the perfect spot to watch the show, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the view. The A/C worked great and kept the room nice and cool. Everything was very clean, and the property felt quiet, secure, and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at this condo. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay as well as a few extras including enough coffee to make it through our trip.Beds were comfortable.Views were amazing and beach was straight out the hotel door. We felt very safe at this condo: There are special codes assigned for entrance into the parking garage and building. A security guard worked the front desk at night which was reassuring to know someone was there and watching out for everyone. Kenny the host was fantastic! Communication was great and he kept us updated before and during trip Stay here you will not be disappointed!

We had a family of seven. Check in was easy. Only one elevator at times there was a line to get on and it was slow. Pool was dirty. Our parking spot had a big cement pole so nobody could get out on the passenger side rear. The patio screen door was duct taped and off track, we had to totally take it off so we could get on the balcony. Kevin stated it was damaged from the previous renter when I asked about it. We bought a lot of food to cook at the condo, we went to cook breakfast there were no cooking utensils, no spatula nothing but an ice cream scooper and corkscrew. No paper towels. Condo was clean, host was fast at responding. The location of the condo was perfect.

We came to VA Beach for a wrestling tournament. Dolphin Run had the perfect amount of space for a family of 5. The location was great because we were on the beach and only a few minutes from the Sports Center. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the condo, and it was obvious it had recently been remodeled. There was a festival going on at the waterfront so we went down to check it out. Waterman's, a well-known VA Beach restaurant, is within walking distance so we went there for dinner one night. It was delicious! Jet-ski rentals are also within walking distance so we rented some and took them out on the water. One day it was raining so we went to Apex Entertainment and played arcade games and rode go-karts.I did not go to the pool, but my teenager did. She said the pool was not clean, but we were so busy doing other activities VA Beach has to offer, that the pool wasn't a priority. Kevin was a great host and very responsive to my questions. We'll be back for wrestling next year, and we plan to stay here again!

Great 2BR condo right on the beach. Provided parking is great to have , but low clearance parking garage so caution if you store on the roof of your car.
