Multiple outdoor living spaces, a private hot tub (hot tub is currently unavailable for repairs), and cozy interior gathering areas make this an inviting retreat in every season.

Shortly after the turn, you’ll cross an active single-lane railroad crossing on an uphill grade. There are no lights or arms and limited visibility—please proceed slowly and yield to oncoming traffic.

The home is located in a peaceful mountain setting near the Grizzly Bear Experience, offering serenity, scenery, and a true Montana feel. While there are two neighbors visible from the home, the large lots and undulating landscape provide privacy. Enjoy quiet surroundings, wildlife sightings, and easy access to outdoor recreation while still being within driving distance of Bozeman’s dining, shopping, and cultural attractions.
