Pet-Friendly: We're happy to host up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. Please ensure you are cautious with pets and children around the road in front of this home.

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Sunday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.

Gorgeous weekend stay

Some girlfriends and I stayed for a weekend and it was fabulous. The property and house are gorgeous with a fantastic view. Plenty of room for us all to sleep and lounge. We especially enjoyed how comfortable the living room was.. plenty of couches for 6 people. It’s close to town, wineries, and skiing. Would definitely stay again for a girl’s weekend!

Easter Weekend

We loved the property. It was wonderful and the view was so peaceful, serene, and lovely. Bring your own spices, ziploc, tinfoil, pizza cutter, and a large cookie sheet if you have more people. I only found one tiny one. They have pots and pans, dishes and most everything you need, otherwise. We will definitely book again.

The overall stay of our trip was great. The view from the livingroom is unmatched and the lake/ dock we enjoyed so much. I did reach out to the management team about the cleanliness as the house didn’t feel cleaned (hair in bedding, floors turned our feet black, food still stuck on grill and washing machine doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned), there is also a big pile of dead flies behind the couch along the wall. Just things I would assume would get cleaned. I was offered to meet with someone the next day to address cleanliness concerns but I did opt out as we took care of it ourselves, we just wanted someone to be aware. I also addressed the missing hose for us to use along with empty propane tanks. Those were taken care of immediately and was greatly appreciated. The rooms are spacious and loved the downstairs fridge! The oven is tricky to use however there are instructions in the book left on the table. The fruit flies weren’t great, however it is explained in the book due to the lake and the apple orchards they are present. Some things next replaced like the broken lamp upon arrival in the master, and the curtains have some tears… overall the property was beautiful, spacious, quiet neighbors and we did have a great time and appreciated the ease of communication. We did go at the end of “season” so shops or wineries had weird hours/ days of operation.

Clean, spacious, well stocked, quality furnishings and kitchen, incredible views, private, loads of parking, great communication with the property managers.I recommend that the property owners sound proof the furnace room as it made for a rough night of sleep for most of us. 5 stars for the house warmth , 2 stars for the furnace noise.

WE enjoyed the lake. Having the dock close and the water beautiful was wonderful. Nice to have the lawn area for lawn games. Rooms were comfortable.

Great location and amentieis

My husband and I come over every year for our anniversary and bring out boat with us. This year we had family and friends join us and it was great to leave the boat in the water! Large living room was perfect for gathering and socializing and the covered deck was perfect for dinner and games! We will be back next year.

We had a fabulous time it was a spacious and clean home that fit all 12 of us perfectly! The neighborhood was a bit run down and the house is dated but we didn’t mind because it was clean and homey! We would defiantly stay again!

Wonderful stay

The house is located perfectly between Chelan and Manson and very close to multiple wineries. We had a full house of 12 and there was plenty of space for everyone. Super responsive and helpful host, came to fix a hot tub issue we had even though it was during the evening. Private dock is unbeatable especially given the 90+ degree weather we had. The view is spectacular, we relaxed every evening on the deck. Thank you!

Comfy and cozy house, perfect for multiple families!

We had a great stay. The house was comfortable, and had plenty of room for all our friends (4 couple total) and beds to spare. There was plenty of seating in the living room as well as dining room. Beds were as comfortable as you can expect from a rental. If this house was actually on the lake, we would stay here every time we visit Lake Chelan.

Recent May Stay

The view was good. The traffic noise disturbs the tranquility, but it was still nice. The house was spacious and stocked with cooking utensils and supplies. We did have to run to town for a propane tank, but that was it. Saw some deer go up the driveway. Overall we were very pleased.

Just Beautiful!

Yes, there are some needed updates, but the view is just beautiful! My only regret was the fact that we only had 3 nights here, and one night we had 50mph winds. The layout of the interior is awesome, plenty of room and easy to get away from others when feeling the need. The location couldn't be more perfect.

Great for Multi-family vacation stay

Excellent experience at this property. Excellent house with plenty of room for 3 families with kids. Dock access was awesome in a nice little cove that kept the wind chop down. Only 2 things that were undesirable were that the windows had zero screens, and the road to cross to get to the dock is very busy. Not enough to keep us from recommending or coming back!
