Für 2 Erwachsene mit Hund doch recht beengt, Appartement insgesamt aber gut ausgestattet, Parkplatzsituation unübersichtlich, sehr nettes und hilfreiches Hausmeisterehepaar, relativ kurze Wege zum Strand/Milchbuden, Bushaltestelle und Lebensmittelmarkt.

Eingebauter Schuhkarton

Die Schlafcouch war mir persönlich zu hart. Ein Minibackofen, anstatt einer Mikrowelle, wäre schön gewesen. Für mich alleine und meinen mittelgroßen Hund war die Apartmentgröße in Ordnung, zu zweit und vllt auch noch ein zweiter Hund, schwierig. Und wer den Blick nach draußen liebt, kommt da nicht so auf seine Kosten. Das Apartment ist sehr eingebaut. Hat dennoch eine kleine Terrasse.

Klein maar voldoende voor een kort verblijf.

De bank op de foto is eigenlijk een opklapbed. Verder staan er alleen maar een paar stoelen in de keuken. Voor tv-kijken moet je op het bed liggen, maar dat is geen probleem. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf is ruimschoots aanwezig. De verhuurder alleen telefonisch gesproken. De sleutel zat in een sleutelkastje met een code. Nog wel meningsverschil gehad over de kosten voor bedlinnen en handdoeken. Op de site staat dat dat inclusief is, maar toch vraagt de verhuurder om die tegen meerkosten bij te boeken. Is uiteindelijk opgelost z.g. onder "coulance" terugbetaald.

Der Aufenthalt im App.7 über Pfingsten war Klasse, hatten mit Hund gebucht, da dieser leider kurz vorher verstorben ist, sind wir ohne Hund angereist. Mit 2 Erw. Und einem kleinen Hund hätte es gepasst. Für 2 Erw. Und einen größeren Hund, hätten wir ein etwas größeres App. Bzw. Wohnung vorgezogen. Aber unterm Strich. War es Klasse

Wir wußten das wir eine kleine Wohnung vorfinden würden, aber das Badezimmer war nicht klein sondern winzig! Das Waschbecken ist nicht einmal zum Händewaschen zu gebrauchen, die Dusche hat standart Maße und war somit ok. Alles viel zu eng !

Kleine Wohnung für kleine Menschen

Die Wohnung ist für kleinere Personen nicht schlecht. Badezimmer viel zu klein und in dem Bettsofa kann man sehr schlecht schlafen( viel zu Hart). Die Lage ist gut und dementsprechend der Preis.

Kleines Ferienappartement, das vor allem durch seine exzellente Lage überzeugt. Positiv: Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber doch nah an allen wichtigen Örtlichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Südstrand, Stadtzentrum, Strandpromenade, Gezeitenland,...). Alles ist mit dem Fahrrad superschnell erreichbar. Der Check-in über Schlüsseltresor verlief super problemlos. Im Vorfeld wurde ich mit allen relevanten Infos versorgt, insbesondere mit einer detaillierten Wegbeschreibung von der Bahnhaltestellte. Die Küche ist mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet. Negativ: Leider mangelt es etwas an der Sauberkeit. Bei der Anreise fand ich in der Toilette noch die Reste der Hinterlassenschaft mutmaßlich vom Vorbesucher vor. Ein absolutes No-Go. Sonst waren die Wände und Vorhänge etwas fleckig. Auf dem Duschvorleger fand sich ein größerer, brauner Fleck. Das kleine Bad ist raumtechnisch leider nicht optimal genutzt, aufgrund des Waschbeckenunterschranks konnte man leider nur schräg auf der Toilette sitzen. Leider gab es auch kein Bett, sondern nur ein wenig bequemes Schlafsofa. Das war so in der Beschreibung zumindest missverständlich formuliert, denn das Schlafsofa ist dort zwar erwähnt, es wird aber nicht hinreichend deutlich, dass dieses anstelle eines richtigen Bettes vorhanden ist. Die Info wurde allerdings vor Anreise nachgereicht. W-Lan leider komplett unbrauchbar. Befremdlich die prominent platzierten, christlichen Broschüren in gleich zweifacher Ausfertigung.

Klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend, schön und gute Lage

Für 2 Personen voll ausreichend. Das Wohnzimmer wird in den Schlafbereich umgewandelt. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht unbequem und es gibt eine extra weiche Auflage. Es ist so gut wie alles vorhanden, auch Salz in der Küche. Nur wenige Verbesserungsvorschläge was fehlt: Ein Dosenöffner, Fliegengittertür an der Terrassentür und noch eine zweite Rolle Klopapier als Ersatz. Für korpulente Personen ist das Bad jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Meinem Freund und mir hat es gefallen, es ist eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit kleiner Terrasse (diese jedoch einsehbar). Auch liegt in der Wohnung viel gutes Informationsmaterial der Insel sowie Bücher und ein Kinder-Memoryspiel für schlechtes Wetter. In direkter Nähe gibt es mehrere Fahrradverleihstationen, einen Supermarkt und der Südstrand und ein weiteres Lidl ist auch nah. Zum Nordstrand und ins Zentrum sind es mit dem Fahrrad auch nur ca. 15 Min. Wir fanden es gemütlich für einen Kurzurlaub.

Zu klein und nicht fein!

Zunächst das Positive: Gute Lage, Buchung und Kommunikation problemlos. Zur Wohnung: Viel zu eng für 2 Personen, im Bad fehlen Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern, das Waschbecken ist so winzig, dass man immer aufpassen muss, dass nicht alles auf den Boden tropft. Schlaf-Sofa sehr unbequem, Fleece-Decke mit Loch, Wände verschmutzt, Nagel in der Wand-nur leider fehlt das Bild, Wasserkocher verkalkt, Radio muss zum Ausschalten vom Strom genommen werden, da es sonst Geräusche macht, am Tischrand platzt das Furnier ab. Da müsste mal Einiges erneuert werden, sonst wirkt es nicht einladend. Eine Oase stellen wir uns anders vor! Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist, damit wir und wieder wohl fühlen!

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit dazugehörigen Terrasse. Der Südstrand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Dort lässt sich auch der PKW kostenlos abstellen. Zur Ergänzung des vorhandenen Angebotes in der Wohnung, wäre eine kleine Mikrowelle eine echte Bereicherung. Sehr zuvorkommend wahr auch der für das Haus zuständige Hausmeister, sehr nett, bemüht und zuvorkommend. Auf jeden Fall eine Wiederholung wert.
