The location was beautiful, stunning views in a peaceful location. Host was very welcoming and dinner and breakfast were delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would love to return and explore the area in more detail!!

Hosts were very accommodating to our ever- changing schedule. Chalet is wonderfully woodsy, everything you’d expect in an Alpine retreat. Quiet respite @ 5 minutes out of Deutschnofen, however, the scenery back & forth is DEFINITELY worth the drive. Food (breakfast) was outstanding, made from produce at the farm. Even in mid October, tomatoes were as tasteful as 50 yrs ago. The surrounding area is as beauteous as it can be on God’s earth. People in the area speak multilingual & are very pleasant. You’ll enjoy your stay. The stars at nite w a cup of tea on the outside balcony will soothe your soul as well as your mind.

Best Stay In Dolomites

The drive to the property is beautiful, the hosts are wonderful, the hikes are spectacular, and dinner is a must. The house is easy to find because it’s the last one on the paved road. The host greats you and shows you to the most beautiful and clean room in Italy. Dinner and breakfast are offered if you notify the host the night before or before 4pm. Dinner is based on what their farm produces. It is delicious and the view while eating is a special bonus. Overall it is a must stay if you want a good getaway in the Dolomites.

Sorry that I had to cancel my stay.

This looks like a great property, I just could not make it there because I got sick and had to cut my trip short. I was not expecting a refund for my cancellation, nor did I ask for one, since the owner had held a reservation for me, but the owner did refund my payment. I am really sorry that I could not make it out for my stay there. I'm sure had I made it out there the visit would have been wonderful, as the weather was great and the host more went above and beyond their responsibilities in refunding my payment, which they were not obligated to do nor did I ask them to do so.

Absolute Dream Spot

This property is a large B&B on a large farm on the top of a mountain. The VRBO listing didn't give great details about the space, however, we were pleasantly surprised by what they had to offer. In fact, we were blown away. We wish we could have stayed longer. The space is B&B, full of everything you could want including spectacular views, clean and quiet, and run by great people. Don't skip the opportunity to have meals there—the price was comparable to eating out, but all the food is made in house with locally sourced ingredients—with most of the ingredients coming from the farm on the property. The Zelger family, including Elias, Anna. Bernhard and Christine were charming. We would 100% stay here again if we are ever in the area. Also, they have a full "wellness" room full of various saunas and infrared rooms, jacuuuzzi, as well as workout machines. Definitely take advantage of that if you go. If you go, I suggest you rent a car as while there is a town nearby with bus access, the bus doesn't go to the location and it's be a very long walk.

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Familie Zelger lebt ihre Philosophie - Nachhaltigkeit, auch mit regionalen, möglichst selbst erzeugten Produkten. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen, haben tolle Tips erhalten, lecker gegessen und getrunken. Auch ein Extrawunsch war kein Problem. Die ruhige und tolle Lage runden alles ab. Einfach einmalig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne, absolut ruhige Unterkunft mit herrlichem Bergblick. Komfortabel, mit Tiefgarage und alles, was man braucht (aber kein Lift). Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Abgelegen, nur mit Auto erreichbar. Dafür gute Luft und Vogelgesang. Ich habe schon lang nicht mehr so gut geschlafen.

Unser Aufenthalt war trotz nicht so schönem Wetter sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sind super herzlich. Das nächstemal werden wir Frühstück und Abendessen dazu buchen. Mann kommt Abends nur mit dem Auto nach Deutschenofen. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen, dass Essen war sehr gut und reichlich. Fanden es aber ein bisschen teuer , da man es sich nicht unbedingt aussuchen kann und uns es etwas zu spät war zum Essen. 19.00h also nur für uns

Sympathische Bewirtung mit Niveau

Das Anwesen liegt auf einem Hochplateau mit beeindruckender Aussicht. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und recht geräumig. Die Betreuung war herzlich und zugewandt. Die fakultative Halbpension (Frühstückbuffet und mehrgängiges Abendessen) war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und entspannt. Danke!

Ruhige abgeschiedene Unterkunft zum Erholen

Saubere gemütliche Ferienwohnung auf einem Bauernhof. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Brötchenservice, Abendessen, oder Halbpension möglich. Liegt etwas abseits ca. 4,5 km von Deutschnofen entfernt auf einer Lichtung im Wald auf über 1300 m. Pkw ist deshalb empfehlenswert. Ab dem Kernort gibt es aber auch gute Busverbindungen. Es gibt Wandermöglichkeiten ab Bauernhof in die näherer Umgebung. Mit dem Pkw aber auch recht leicht erreichbar sind Latemar und Rosengarten mit schönen Wandermöglichkeiten.

Durchreisende nach Italien

Sehr nette Vermieter und saubere Zimmer. Kleiner Minuspunkt war das Frühstück, welches wir mit 10,--€ als zu hoch befanden, da die Auswahl eher gering war. Ansonsten war es wirklich sehr schön dort und in der kostenlosen Garage stand unser Fahrzeug sehr sicher.

eine sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft in einer idyllischen Lage. Super herzlicher Empfang der Besitzer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück und Abendessen war ein Traum...das Meiste aus dem eigenen Garten und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Dafür sollte es 6 Sterne geben...wirklich. Eine tolle Zeit...wir kommen wieder. Wir möchten uns noch einmal für den angenehmen Aufenthalt bedanken,auch für die Geburtstagsüberraschung.Tina und Bernhard sind immer auf Wünsche eingegangen,auch sind Kinder hier sehr gesehene Gäste.Der Hof liegt sehr ruhig,kein Auto zu hören,der Ausblick auf die Dolomiten und Täler hervorragend.Auch das Essen reichhaltig und gesund. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft!

Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute haben wir uns auf dem Schadnerhof wohl gefühlt. Bernhard und Christina Zelger sind wundervolle, herzliche Gastgeber. Das Essen ist großartig, alles sehr frisch zubereitet und abwechslungsreich. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Toll fanden wir auch die gut ausgestattete Wellnessabteilung mit finnischer Sauna, einem türkischen Dampfbad und einer Heusauna. Wir hatten eines der gemütlichen Apartments mit einer kleinen Küche und einem Balkon. Unser Hund war ebenso willkommen wie wir :-)
