⚠️Please note that since we don’t charge extra for additional guests, we only provide bedding and towels for the same number of beds, and also always double check the number of beds, as some guests mistake the number of beds with the sofa beds however, sofa beds won’t come with bedding

Please note that shortening your reservation, checking out early, or requesting to move your stay to different dates is treated the same as a cancellation. Once your reservation begins, the dates are blocked exclusively for your group, and we are unable to guarantee rebooking the unused nights on short notice — even during high season.



We operate under a rental arbitrage model and carry fixed costs, including rent and daily operational expenses for each property. Because of this, we cannot afford to leave the home vacant, and therefore cannot offer refunds or date changes after the reservation has started.

Mail and Delivery Disclosure



Dear Guest,



As part of our policy, we do not provide mailbox keys to guests. Please be aware that if you order items small enough to fit in the mailbox, they may be delivered there, and you will not be able to retrieve them. Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the listing address for your mail.



For your convenience, we recommend obtaining a PO Box to ensure your items are delivered securely and can be retrieved at your convenience, giving you peace of mind.
