Als die Zahlung erfolgte, bekam ich direkt im Anschluss eine E-Mail, wie das mit der Schlüsselübergabe abläuft. Sehr gut und ausführlich erklärt. Das Zimmer war sehr großräumig und sauber. Es gab genug
Kissen, Decken und Handtücher. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Minuspunkte gibt es, weil es draußen sehr laut war, das Zimmer war sehr aufgeheizt. Wir mussten nachts aufgrunddessen die Fenster aufhaben, ob es eine Klimaanlage gibt, weiss ich nicht. Schnell war es abgekühlt, durch den Wind, im Sommer jedoch, sehr bedenklich(daher woher am Besten, abklären).

Es war sehr sauber und modern saniert . Die Dusche (Schlauch) ist kaputt. Das alte Haus hat viel Potential. Die Fenster könnten irgendwann durch schöne Holzfenster ersetzt werden. Die Lage in der häßlichen lauten Straße ist nicht so toll.

Das Zimmer war überraschend großzügig, eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Sauber. Einzig die Lage zur Straße war nicht so schön, also laut. Ein Getränkeautomat wäre schön gewesen, um nicht Leitungswasser trinken zu müssen, wenn man außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten ankommt. Wünschenswert wäre auch Antirutschstriefen o.ä. auf den Treppenstufen. Mit schwerem Koffer nicht ganz ungefährlich. Ansonsten bin ich dankbar, noch ein Zimmer bekommen zu haben !

Die Lodge ist nahe der Einkaufsmeile und dem Hafen gelegen. Man kann viele Gastronomien super zu Fuß erreichen.
Allerdings sollte man in Zimmer 1, 3 und 5 (welche zur Straße ausgerichtet sind) nicht all zu empfindlich bzgl. der Lautsträke der Nachbarn sein (Kneipe gegenüber, Friseur/Barbier [ist anscheinend ein Treffpunkt der Jugend]).
Die Ausstattung

Wie angegeben sind alle Zimmer voll ausgestattet und haben ein eigenes Bad, es fehlt hier nichts. Zwischen Zimmer 3 und 4 gibt es noch eine zusätzliche Toilette.
Im Kellergeschoss ist eine große Gemeinschaftsküche mit zwei Kühlschränken, zwei Herden und einem Geschirrspüler. Von hier kann man den Hof erreichen, welcher teilweise Überdacht ist und viele Sitzgelegenheiten bietet.

Man kann gut zwei Autos im Innenhof parken, sofern die Einfahrt nicht zugparkt wurde. Denn kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind hier allg. knapp.
