Hi, we apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding the bathroom, our crew found that the main drain is clog. Our cleaners did assured as that all bathrooms is clean and no observable water or clog prior to the occupancy but for our part, this could easily be resolve if we are contacted about the concerns but the guest did not reach out.
