Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete, saubere FeWo, ruhig gelegen, gepflegte Gartenanlage. Etwas unpersönlich, da über 5 Tagr kein Kontakt mit irgendeinem menschlichen Wesen. (Schlüssel im Kasten mit Code) Vielleicht einen kleinen KI-gesteuerten Roboter zur Begrüßung (Moin!) anschaffen. Das ist die Zukunft :)

WLAN und SAT TV, große Wohnküche und großes Badezimmer, ebenirdischer Eingang, falsche Adressangabe: nicht Niegras 23 sondern Niegras 19 daher sehr langes Suchen nach dem Haus kein Hinweise auf Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit kein Hinweis, wo sich die Waschmaschine befindet beides ist vorhanden Prospektmaterial in Hülle und Fülle, aber sehr unübersichtlich und aus mehreren Jahren Besen im Flur zum Fegen der Wohnung ungeeignet, da völlig versifft Wenn diese alles verbessert werden sollte, dann ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.
