Property was as described and had everything you would need for a short stay here. It is definitely in a city type area though so constantly has a fair amount of noise (both people and vehicle/emergency sirens) and lots of people around. Owner stated street parking was readily available and not a problem however that was not the case over the month stay here as parking was frequently a challenge to find nearby, especially in the evenings when returning from work. Not the owners fault by any means but just something to be aware of. Owner is very responsive and helpful. If unit was in another area I would likely rent from again.

Yes, this unit is, as described in listing, in the Uptown city area, a great, walkable area to everything, with normal city bustle and noise. The unit is very cozy the parking is at no cost, and on street outside as also described in listing! Thanks for acknowledging that I, as host, have no control over city parking availability but previous guests have not in general had a problem parking, sometimes just a few spots downntge street. Thank you for your stay!

Uptown, in South Minneapolis has such diverse neighborhoods, and at this location you are literally down the street from shops, restaurants, bakeries, markets, and entertainment representing many cultures! Uptown circles the chain of beautiful Lakes we are so proud of! And bike paths for miles! Walk to anything, or take the great public busses and lightrail to anywhere.

What makes this property unique

A quiet, private 4-unit building where each unit is it's own private space. This studio unit is #3, and is perched on second floor right side, entry from font of house right. Location,Location,Location!!
