Bedding is available for a fee for stays of 3 nights or more; please bring your own towels. The beach is just a few minutes away by bike. Our spacious property offers ideal conditions for guests seeking nature and tranquility on holiday. Watch deer from your room, listen to the songbirds, or the gentle rustling of the trees.

* As a former seafaring and fishing village, Prerow can look back on a tradition as a seaside resort spanning over 125 years. Thatched-roof houses with “Darß doors,” framed by soothing greenery, still define a large part of the town’s character today. An approximately 5-kilometer-long and up to 80-meter-wide, fine-grained, pebble-free sandy beach awaits you just northeast of town in the sheltered Prerow Bay, where the sun shines well into the evening hours. The primeval-like Darß Forest, located in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea, offers approximately 50 kilometres of hiking, biking, horseback riding, and carriage routes. If you cross this forest heading west, you’ll reach the western beach—rugged and romantic, sculpted by wind and waves. Prerow itself offers small concerts, museums, and exhibitions, as well as doctors, supermarkets, a cinema, playgrounds, and boat tours. It’s easy to explore neighbouring towns like Zingst, Wieck, and Born by bike. By car, you can easily reach attractions such as the bird park, the strawberry farm, and the indoor swimming pool, or head to Stralsund or Rostock for shopping.

Ein niedliches kleines Häuschen

Die Unterkunft gefiel uns vom ersten Betreten an. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, das Bad funktionell und hübsch eingerichtet, das Wohn- und die Schlafzimmer im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Einzig: Treppe und Obergeschoss knartzen ziemlich, was mit Kindern etwas unruhig ist, aber irgendwie machts das auch wieder urig :-) Wir würden wieder einkehren.
