The house features an open floor plan with a cozy gas fireplace, 75" tv and a well equipped kitchen. Relax outside in the large private fenced patio (partially covered for those rainy days) complete with a gas firepit and grill and a turf area for your furry ones. Whether relaxing indoors or gathering outside after an adventure, the layout creates a phenomenal atmosphere for any stay. Unwinding after your adventure is easy at Tide & Timber.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
If you have a furry friend cuddling on the furniture with you, please cover the furniture with the paw print blankets provided. Upon departure, please put the used blankets in the laundry room.
If you use the green outdoor blankets from the laundry room, please put them in the laundry room upon departure.
Please make sure the remote control is on the table under the lamp between the sofas.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are only allowed in the basement for emergency access to the breaker box or water shut off.

Beautiful home inside and out, very well appointed! The walls feature local artists and historical photos of the area. The library has books about the area and from local authors. Well made shutters on the windows to let in all the light or give privacy. Super comfortable beds with soft linens. Throw blankets for cool nights and for pets. Our host was so welcoming and friendly. We would love to stay here the next time we are in Aberdeen.
