The space
This recently built house is in the middle of Hoquiam, in a quiet neighborhood. Ocean Shores, Westport and Long Beach are a quick drive away.
Lots of shopping opportunities nearby, from Farmers Market, antique stores and restaurants.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, including the partially fenced backyard.

Bedroom Information:
*King bed in the Master Bedroom.
*Extra blankets and portable fans are available in each bedroom closet.
*Each bed has a premium Nectar memory foam, medium firm mattress.

TV Information:
*3 Bedrooms: 32` Smart TV
*Living Room: 55` Smart TV

TVs are all equipped with Roku, featuring complimentary Netflix. You may enjoy the free streaming options available, or you are welcome to bring your own login information for paid streaming programming, such as Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney+. Just enter your account details and sign out before you leave.


A gas grill is available for your use on the upper deck. Instructions for use is on the BBQ. We provide one complimentary tank of propane.

The grill/outdoor seating are covered for winter. If used, place the cover/s under the outdoor table.

You may see bears, raccoons, deer, dogs, cats, reptiles, spiders, opossums, cougars. Please use reasonable caution when walking/driving.
No smoking/vaping/E-cigs/drugs indoors. $250 fine will apply for deep cleaning.

No open flames, non-LED candles (NO traditional candles of any kind), glitter or confetti

No food or drinks allowed on table games/arcade machines.

Please no eating in the bedrooms.

No pets/ESA of any kind are permitted on the property. Please contact us beforehand if you have a service animal. $250 fine will apply for violations, and the reservation will be canceled, with no refunds.

No events, parties or excessive noise. Immediate eviction and NO
REFUND (regardless of time of day or circumstance).

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.

No unregistered guests or visitors. No overnight visitors. This does include adults and children. Maximum overnight capacity is 6. Unauthorized guests will be subject to a fine of $250 each and/or asked to leave.

No tampering with the security cameras, owner`s closet/utility closet, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, or WIFI routers. A fine of $500 will be charged for violations, and reservation will be canceled with no refunds.

Please use the black towels/old towels to clean messes and/or makeup.

Please no hair dying in the home.

Please dispose of any food scraps/grease in the garbage can.

Please keep outer doors closed in order to keep out insects, spiders, lizards or other wildlife from entering the home. We do not consider loss of WIFI, power outage, weather, insects or wildlife in the home as grounds for any refunds.

No third-party bookings. The person booking must be staying overnight in the home.

Guests are liable for any and all damage, including legal fees.

Guests are highly encouraged to book travel insurance when making reservations in case of any unforeseen cancellations.

Any guest staying past 10:30 am, will incur a $100 late check-out fee, and every hour thereafter.
