The property was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. It's location was great, very close to many restaurants. I was there for a conference so no time for the pool or the beach. However, it would have been nice to have some type of guide book with a map or directions on how to access the beach from the property. It was a bit inconvenient to have to get out of the car to open the gate every time we came back especially in down pours or if you were by yourself.

We loved everything about our stay here! Just enough room for us and our 4 kids. It was very clean, a pool on property and the beach was across the street!
