Greetings and welcome to Northwest Kansas! We're looking forward to hosting you to our fifth generation cattle ranch. Take advantage of this peaceful property, only four miles from Colby. The West Place Ranch House is original to the property, built in the 1940's and recently updated. Inside this 3-bedroom home, guests find two queen beds, a twin bed, and a cozy bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. The West Place Ranch House features two bathrooms, making mornings easy and relaxing. A large, comfortable living room offers an additional twin bed, creating a fantastic space to unwind after a day of exploring. With heating and air conditioning, the home stays comfortable year-round. Book now and enjoy everything this charming Ranch House has to offer.
