Nice vacation home for families

We really enjoyed our time in this house. It’s big enough to host our whole family and has a nice garden for the kids to play in. The lake is just a few minute walk away and if you go a little down the shore you will find a big area with all kinds of sport and playground options. A family paradise :)

Große Unterkunft in guter Lage

Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Das Haus ist groß genug für die Personenanzahl. Die Küche ist gut augestattet, hier und da muss mal drüber gewischt werden. Wär kein Luxusurlaub erwartet ist hier richtig. Kleine Reparaturen müssten mal durchgeführt werden (lose Badarmaturen z.B.).

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub. Der checkin war eher ein Schreckmoment da die Schlüsselübergabe bzw der Ort dessen nicht gut beschrieben war und wir nur dank der Nachbarn dort vor Ort überhaupt Kontakt mit irgendwem aufnehmen konnten. Ansonsten hat man recht deutlich gemerkt dass man vor der Saison da war, da noch sehr viel geschlossen war. Insgesamt kommt man aber fussläufig alles gut erreichen und in der Umgebung auch gut entspannen. Das Haus ist an einigen Stellen erneuert, an anderen sollte das nachgeholt werden in den nächsten Jahren.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für einen Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen gebucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert über ein Touristenbüro in Balatonlelle (1 Ort weiter) möglich. Das Ferienhaus hat eigentlich alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es ist auch eine Waschmaschine und mehrere Babybetten verfügbar. Der große Garten lädt zum Spielen für Groß und Klein ein. Für anfallende Reparaturarbeiten, steht der Nachbar zur Verfügung, welcher zwar kein deutsch, dafür aber sehr gut englisch spricht

Viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Super Lage

In diesem Ferienhaus 🏡ist alles da was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht... Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, nachdem wir negative Bewertungen anderer Gäste gelesen haben. Es ist richtig viel Platz im Haus und Garten !!! Wir sind mit 9 Erwachsenen und einem achtjährigen Kind verreist. Die Küche ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Wer mit einem Kleinkind verreist ist gut versorgt. Es gab zwei Reisebetten, Babyhochstuhl, Spielecke, Sandkasten Schaukel bis hin zum Topf ist im Haus Marian an alles gedacht. Der Strand ist unmittelbar eine Strasse weiter, sehr ruhig und die Verpflegung super für einen Strandtag....Die Pizza sehr zu empfehlen. 🍕😍Basketball, Volleyball und Spielplatz gibt es auch👍die Gegend ist total entspannt und ruhig, ideal zum spazieren gehen und ausschlafen... Wer mehr Aktion braucht läuft nur ca 10 min. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, waren alle entspannt und happy und werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Perfektní pro dovolenou s malými dětmi

Dům jsme obývali dvě rodiny - 4 dospělí, 8 dětí. Dům je velmi pěkný, v dobrém stavu, s velkou kuchyní i terasou. Velkou část zahrady stíní stromy, takže je zde příjemný chládek. V podkroví je klimatizace, takže není problém večer vychladit ložnice. V přízemí je celkem příjemný chládek i bez klimatizace. Dům je 300-400m od krásné pláže s pískem, kamínky a vším vybavením. Bližší pláž není vhodná ke koupání. Celkově jsme byli spokojeni.

Tolles Haus aber leider sehr schmutzig

Wir waren mit zwei Familien im Haus. Lage ist gut, zu Fuß ca. 100 Meter befindet sich der Plattensee. Das Haus war aber leider sehr schmutzig, sah aus, als wäre es gar nicht gereinigt( Staubsauger war da, aber kaputt) wir mussten selbst mit Reinigung anfangen, ein Bett war unbrauchbar( Lattenrost und Fuß unten gebrochen).Der Gartenbereich war auch nicht in Ordnung, Rasen nicht gemäht und Kinderschaukel kaputt ( diese wurden 3 Tage später behoben).
