Southern charm in the heart of downtown Savannah. Within walking distance to Forsyth Park, a grocery store, a liquor store, and several restaurants. Enjoy enough space for up to 10 people comfortably. This listing offers two apartments (upper and lower units) allowing entire parties to stay close in the same three stories of a building. Within walking distance or a short Uber ride to River street or any night life Savannah has to offer! Perfect for family vacations that want to be close to the beach and historic Savannah! Within walking distance to most of Downtown Savannah. Short Uber rides or public transit within walking distance as well.

There are two designated parking spots at the rear of the home that are marked 608A and 608B in the parking lot. There is also additional free parking directly in front of the house on the street. The street is pretty quiet and there are almost always additional spots directly out front. There is a back patio with furniture for outside gatherings and entertainment.
