Located in the hills between the old town of Pollensa and the beach resort, Port Pollensa, vacation home “Fotxica” is the ideal location for the family to relax on Mallorca. The holiday home consists of a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include furnishings of local pine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD player, while a baby cot and a highchair are available on request. Enjoy the mountain view as you start your day with breakfast on the rooftop or on either of the 2 private terraces. Soak in the afternoon sun in the private pool and garden, play table tennis and spend the evenings with tasty dinners from the stone barbecue. The old town of Pollensa is just an 11-minute drive (5 km) away, the coast and Port Pollensa are just a 10-minute drive (5 km) away, and a supermarket is just a 7-minute drive (3 km) from the property. When it’s time for sport, the golf course is just a 15-minute drive (9 km) away, and the kiteboarding center can be reached after a 10-minute drive (6 km).
