SECLUDED BEACH HOUSE IN STUDENA

This detached single-family home, built of natural stone, is situated in a secluded location right on the sea in Studena Bay in the southeastern part of the island of Brač. On the rocky beach, which features its own pier and anchorage, there is an extended wooden swimming dock directly over the water (approx. 30 m²).<br>This traditional Dalmatian natural-stone house with a sea view was completely renovated in 2013 in keeping with its original style and furnished with great care and taste. The furnishings are simple and stylish.
