Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it truly has the best of everything. We’re just minutes from the Arts & Crafts District, which we love for its local charm and unique shops. It’s also walking distance to great restaurants — including The Alamo — so grabbing dinner is easy and convenient. The roads are smooth and the drive is simple, with quick access to downtown Gatlinburg and all of its attractions. It feels tucked away, yet close to everything we enjoy.
