Ferrer is a charming house with a private pool in the heart of Cala D'Or, just a short walk (200 m) from the town's beaches and Cala Petita. The pedestrian zone, with its many shops, bars, a wide selection of restaurants, live music venues, and cocktail bars, invites you to linger. The port of Cala D'Or is just a few minutes' drive away and offers the opportunity to take boat trips to the coves of the southeast coast.

Villa Ferrer consists of a main house and an annex. The main house offers a large, airy living room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace. Two steps lead from the living area to a bright and airy dining area with large glass doors opening onto the garden and pool area. The kitchen is very well-equipped and also offers direct access to the garden. On the ground floor, there are two light-filled bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a shower room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. At the rear of the house, a staircase leads to the first-floor annex. Here you will find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with views of the surrounding area.

The lovely outdoor area features a room with a built-in barbecue and sink, located just off the dining room – perfect for enjoying a meal at the end of the day. This room offers direct access to the garden and pool, as well as the partially covered and furnished terrace. The large pool (9.15 x 5.80 m) is surrounded by lawns. Sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and relax.
