The house and property are absolutely amazing. The layout and amenities were fantastic for our family and was everything we wanted! The location was excellent - close enough to downtown but also enough of a distance to feel relaxed and peaceful. The only thing that wasn't great had nothing to do with the property itself, but was primarily related to the property management company and the cleaning. When we arrived, there were dishes in the dishwasher, crumbs on the floor and coffee tables, laundry left in the washing machine, and small puddles of water in the basement from draining the hot tub. Given the price of the property, I wouldn't expect to find all of that at check-in.
