Horse Farm Haven - Beautiful studio apartment in peaceful Monroe

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an extra $20 pet fee. Please message the host for details. No cats allowed.

This studio apartment over my garage is a combination of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette (no stove or oven), and dining/work area. There is also a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. It is over my garage, so you will need to climb stairs on the south side of my home to get to your private entrance.

You can schedule a meet and greet with the horses, goats, and cows for an extra $20 depending on my availability.

This is a working horse farm where you can see me riding, training, or coaching. You may watch from your porch at no extra cost. If you would like to interact with the horses, please schedule that with me for an extra $20.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dogs must be leashed while on the property and cannot be left unattended in the room.
