Lots of activities for kids in the house. Pet friendly with dog mats on floors. Nice house. I would highly recommend to any family with children and pets. Hallie was a very nice and accommodating host. I will definitely book again.

Hallie has gone out of her way to make the hummingbird cottage a place that exhilarates light and peace and the vacation vibe like no other rental I’ve experienced. We’ve been coming to the Trinidad area for many decades now and have rented Airbnb‘s, cabins, VRBO’s, and vacation rental rentals. The hummingbird cottage is by far our favorite thus far. We arrived and everything was clean and very comfortable. The yard was perfect for us to relax in and for our pups. The Landscaping has been beautifully done and we enjoyed the hot tub a couple of times there’s an outdoor barbecue which we didn’t use but the seating area out there is very comfortable. The kitchen as well stocked with quality cookware and dishes, etc. I love the wonderful coffee mugs and the coffee bar that is set up along with the dishwasher and lots of counter space plus barstools with a place you could eat. The dining table was huge and beautiful, and we liked having the washer and dryer to use. The beds were comfy and the large sectional sofa in the living room was so cozy. There is a large screen TV and a pool table . There were puzzles and toys for younger children and plenty of books for adults and children alike.The artwork that is placed throughout the house gave you a great beach vibe. There were lots of Guide books and field book you could use to learn more about hikes and plants in the area. It was perfect and the set up for for dogs was great. I would tell of all of those items, but I have no room.

Lovely property with spacious living, comfy beds and upgraded kitchen. There really are hummingbirds in the beautiful garden!It’s close to the beach and only a couple of miles from everything else in Trinidad.So nice to pull the vehicle into the garage. The pool table was a fun extra!Neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. What a great getaway.Our hosts were quick with communication and very kind.Thanks Hallie!
