Nestled in the Queen's Grant subdivision within the highly sought after Palmetto Dunes Resort, this 3 bed & 2.5 bath condo is conveniently located with a stunning lake view from the spacious private patio. There is a community pool for this section of Queens Grant right around the corner for your use.

Equipped with a full kitchen, Smart TVs, a washer & dryer, a private grill, private WiFi, and so very much more!

As you enter, you are greeted by the kitchen & dining room. All of the cooking & dining ware and utensils that you could need during your stay is provided; a full fridge & freezer, stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, baking sheets, blender, toaster, a drip & pod coffee machine, etc. The dining table comfortably fits 6 guests and is perfect for all of the meals that you would like to make during your stay!

The living room is equipped with a sectional sofa, chairs, a coffee table, and side tables. A Roku Smart TV with streaming & cable channels is also provided, so feel free to kick back, relax, and watch your favorite shows and movies as you wind down for the evening! Connected to the living room is the sliding glass door that takes you out to the wide patio. You will have a gorgeous view of lakes from both sides! Feel free to use the grill to make some delicious meals as you catch up with friends and family.

The main bedroom located on the first floor has ample room and provides you with a King bed. Two spacious closets are included for you to store all of your belongings out of sight, out of mind. The en-suite bathroom also includes a walk-in shower that will help you wash the sand away after a day on the sandy beach. A Smart TV is located in the main bedroom and cable channels are included! As you make your way up the stairs, you will find two other guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ample room for guests -- one bedroom provides 2 Full-size beds while the other provides a King. A Jack & Jill style bathroom connects the two rooms and includes a shower & tub combo. We provide starter products such as toiletries, dishwasher & laundry detergent, trash bags, and enough bathing towels for each guest!

Palmetto Dunes Resort is known for its golf courses, on-site restaurants, tennis courts, bike rentals, community pool & beach access, etc. There are 3 championship golf courses, an award-winning Tennis Center, miles of scenic walking & bike routes, a general store, and a lagoon system for canoeing as well as kayaking!
