Not far from Times Square or the West Village, with many subway lines nearby (plus Long Island Railroad, Amtrak, and NJ Transit). The space also features a small, quiet office. Air conditioner in living room which cools the place down. One living room, one bedroom, kitchen, bath, and small office. Plus a roof deck! Two elevators, and laundry in the basement.
