Located just a short distance from downtown Boise, our home offers the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy for your next Idaho adventure.

The space:
Our cozy pet-friendly (dogs only) home in SW Boise features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for families and groups of friends. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom, offering a comfortable and private space to relax. The second bedroom is a fun bunk room with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, and a desk, perfect for kids or adults. The third bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a desk, providing a convenient workspace for guests who need to stay connected. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing guests to relax and unwind in the comfort of their own private space.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and snacks, and the dining area is perfect for family meals or game night. The living room is a cozy space to relax and watch TV on the flat-screen TV. Outdoors, you can enjoy the large yard and soak in the private hot tub, which is cleaned before each guest arrival for your peace of mind.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
CHECK OUT LIST -Take out all trash and place it in trash receptacles outside a. Trash Day is Tuesday; please place containers on the edge of the road Monday Night -Load & Start the dishwasher
-Any dishes left in the sink, please wash and put away -Start a load of towels; and place them in the dryer before leaving (if possible) a. Starting towels is a huge help for the housekeeper!
-DO NOT STRIP THE BED LINENS a. Please leave all linen on beds -Turn off all lights -Lock all Windows and Doors a. Don't forget the Garage door!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please: Don't eat or drink in bedrooms (water is ok!) Don't rearrange furniture Take the trash out No smoking allowed in the home
No parties or events allowed (reasonable gatherings are ok!) Respect the noise curfew (10 pm)
