The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Key fob will need to be returned to the Key Cafe when you check out. Please message us once you have returned them. There is a $250 charge for a lost key fob and $25 per parking passes.
Place used towels and bed linens in laundry baskets provided in the closets of each bedroom.
Turn off all lights and TVs. Ensure all windows and patio door is locked. Please set thermostat to 70. Place garbage in the dumpster at the back left of the parking lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
