Sandcastles Suite: Ocean Views Stretching for Miles!

Welcome to our sunny one-bedroom suite at 328 Sandcastles! Located in the award-winning resort community of the Amelia Island Plantation, it is truly the best spot for a short beach getaway. It offers two queen-sized beds, a private oceanfront balcony, an attached full bathroom, a flat-screen TV, high speed Wifi, a desk, and a mini refrigerator and coffee station.

Enjoy the stunning ocean views from your enclosed balcony before venturing to the quiet beach, newly renovated complex pool, or a restaurant or attraction nearby. The Omni Amelia Island Resort, a AAA Four Diamond hotel, is right next door and it offers dining, spa services, and shops.

When first pulling into the AIP, guests will likely see the signage for the Shops at Omni Amelia Island. These are about an 8-minute walk from our condo along the Plantation's paved walking trails. This old Florida shopping village has even more casual and fine dining restaurants plus an art gallery, nature center, chapel, miniature golf, and bike/golf cart rental shop.

A 20-minute drive north on Amelia Island will take you to charming Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach. Travelers will find a variety of eateries, shops, and attractions, like the river cruise that takes passengers up to Cumberland Sound to see Fort Clinch State Park from the water. The oldest lighthouse in Florida, recently renovated in 2025, is also in this area, facing Egan's Creek.

For more space, guests may inquire about renting the other side of this lockout unit. That part of the condo, titled 327 Sandcastles, has another bedroom with a king bed and another private balcony and bathroom, plus a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with ocean views.

Note that a community laundry room is located on this level (6th floor) to the far left of the building. Guests can utilize the washer and dryer there. High-speed wireless internet is provided for your convenience.

*Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and the Racquet Park tennis center next door is limited to only club members and their guests, although tennis lessons may be scheduled. We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities!
