+++ ALL NEW +++ This duplex holiday apartment in the popular “Landhaus Heidegrund” was completely renovated in the winter of 2025/2026 and modernised with great attention to detail.

The upper floor features:

Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: The bright, spacious living and dining area includes a fully equipped kitchenette, the dining area, and a comfortable sofa corner with an armchair and TV. From here, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sound of the sea.

Bedroom 1: Bright bedroom with a double bed, built-in closets, TV, and a window.

Bathroom: Large, bright shower room with a toilet, towel rack, and a window.

A sturdy staircase with a handrail leads you to the attic:

Bedroom 2: Cosy bedroom with a double bed, TV, and window.

Special Features: In addition to your own balcony, a furnished terrace with a beach chair awaits you in a separate garden area behind the house.

The Wenningstedt promenade, with its restaurants, beach access, bakery, and tourist information office, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
