We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The gated entry feels very safe. The apartment is super nice, clean and had everything we needed. The streets surrounding the property are very dark so if you’re looking to walk at night this might not be the best for you. Overall it’s a great place to stay!

The rental was clean, spacious, and inviting. All the communication from the host was very friendly, informative, organized, and timely. The location was perfectly located near some wonderful places to shop, eat, and explore. Parking was excellent! Having a gated facility and designated gated parking spot was ideal. I would absolutely stay again when we return to Savannah.

Outstanding property in a wonderful location! Everything about this property was so nice I want it every time I visit Savannah! A very spacious, clean, modern two-bedroom/two bath with all the amenities you would expect and more. Clearly there is attention to detail and traveler comfort. We ended up staying in the unit one night and one morning where we thought we'd be out of the unit because we were so comfortable. You can do a quick drive or - if you're a walker - stroll to see beautiful homes, the river, restaurants and entertainment district, are all just minutes away. If you want a 'pool' experience, booking those through ResortPass is quite simple. When I return to Savannah, I'll be looking to book this unit!

The unit was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. On-site parking and proximity to Forsyth Park and Route 16 were key for us. We traveled with two adult children so having separate queen beds in the second bedroom was great. We had an issue getting the unit door to lock the first time we left and later learned that was a known issue and how to make it work. We would have appreciated being told that upfront. Also, beware the area rug in the living room. It’s a bit of a hazard as there is no grip pad underneath it and it will slide depending on how you step on it.

The place was very well taken care of and was a great location to the half marathon start and finish line. It was a little confusing on the parking situation since we had two cars, but it was fine since there was free parking outside of the building.

This condo was great for two couples. It was really clean. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We parked our truck in the gated parking space and walked where we wanted to go. It was very open and not much clutter sitting everywhere. Would stay there again.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was perfect for our 3-night stay! It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, located close to most activities, and was in a safe neighborhood. There is one space for parking per rental, and there's an electric gate for added security.There was a K-cup coffee maker and a 12 cup coffee maker with ample coffee and filters for our stay.The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. There are two sets of French style doors that open to the street (we were on the 2nd floor). They made it so nice to see and hear the life of the city.There were flat screen TV's; largest one in the living room, medium sized one in the master bedroom, and the smaller one in the 2nd bedroom.The bathrooms were large and there were ample spaced walk-in closets in each bedroom.There was a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board that were very convenient.The kitchen was stocked with whatever pots, pans, dishes, plates and utensils you might need to cook a wide range of meals.We originally had scheduled a 2-night stay, but the hosts were able to add a third night at our request, even at 11:00 pm on our 2nd night. Communication with hosts/Avantstay was quick and very helpful to us!We loved the unit and when we go back to Savannah, GA again, we would love to stay at the same place!It was perfect for our stay!!!

This unit was very comfortable and easy to get in and out of. Street parking was very available. Lots of nice amenities: comfortable beds, nice TVs, a well stocked and clean kitchen, tasteful and uncluttered decor, coffee, and even little touches like tissues in several places. We will be back!

Check-in was very easy. Renting bikes was a problem. You might ask the owners to consider, including Bikes. The unit itself was fantastic. I like the Security of the entrance gate to the parking as well as both gates to the unit themselves. The elevator was a great addition as well. I got a little confused as to who all I was paying and why, but I think I finally figured it all out . Once again, all in all is a wonderful rental experience.

We were traveling with my partner's parents who are older and don't move around as well. We selected this property due to the elevator and secure parking. It was a really great stay (it was their first time in a vacation rental and they were very impressed).The location was really great. I was able to walk around the beautiful neighborhood with no problems and got to Forsyth in about 10 minutes (walking). Kroger was a few minutes drive away and it took less than 15 minutes to drive to River Street.The beds were comfortable and there was a TV in each bedroom and the living room. It was pretty warm when we were there and the AC worked well. The wifi was also fast and easy. We were in the front bedroom and there was some noise at night, but nothing major or long lasting (i.e. no partying or loud music), just more expected city noise. Communication from the owners and management company was fast but not overwhelming. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.
