Hervorragende Lage ( Bushaltestelle, Restaurants in der Nähe, Nahversorgung: Apotheke, Lebensmittel etc), gute Raumaufteilung, Maisonette . Hübscher kleiner Südbalkon. Duschbad mut Fenster. Sehr ruhig gelegen, keine Geräusch-Beeinträchtigung durch andere Appartments im Komplex.

Mein Mann und ich fühlen uns in dieser Wohnung immer sehr geborgen und wohl. Sie liegt zentral und doch ruhig. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und man genießt das Frühstück auf dem Balkon oder bei schlechtem Wetter beim gemütlichen Essplatz mit Blick zum Balkon und den Bäumen im Garten vom schmucken Häuschen gegenüber. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen immer wieder und fühlen uns dort schon fast wie daheim.

Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Eine Bäckerei, ein Fischrestaurant, ein Supermarkt, usw. In der Nähe. Zum Strand nur ein kurzer Weg. Alles super. Aber der 1. Nachteil ist, das sich die Waschmaschine und der Trockner nicht in der Wohnung befinden sondern in einem separaten Wäschekeller und es sich um Münzgeräte handelt. Der 2. Nachteil ist, das das Fenster im Badezimmer über keinen Sichtschutz verfügt. Der dritte Nachteil ist, das die Wohnungstür sehr laut klappert, wenn man lüftet oder die Haustür geöffnet oder geschlossen wird.

Der Balkon war durch Unkraut nicht benutzbar, keine Klimaanlage, kein Insektenschutzvorhang Balkon. Zur warmen Jahreszeit unangenehm warm in zwei Schlafzimmern der oberen Etage. Der dazu gehörige Platz durchgehend von anderen Gästen zugeparkt.
