The place was great and exactly what we needed. There were 5 of us and it was the perfect size. The location was awesome to walk the beach, do a little fishing, and just enjoy being outside. Brooke was very helpful and the checkin and checkout process was easy. The house was clean, fully stocked, and all around great. I would recommend the house for anyone looking for a well priced house in the San Luis Pass area.

Pet-friendly house, the views of the Ocean were perfect! the Deck was huge for a large family and pets to sit outside and enjoy the views.perfect walking steps to the private beach.Get all your groceries before you arrive the nearest grocery store Seven seas are double the prices compare to the Walmart.The entire time we stayed there was a cool breeze being so close to the ocean.

The house was comfortable for a small group. There were a few minor issues with tv remotes and kitchen equipment but Brooke went above and beyond to find a solution. The area is quiet and remote so prepared with groceries. A house has been built in front of the view but it is not fully obstructed since the houses are on stilts.

The view was great! We were disappointed there was no grill on the property!No washer and dryer! We were also disappointed the exterminator showed up to spray inside the house for roaches the exterminator asked us if we saw any roaches my wife mentioned she killed one roach in the kitchen.The inside of house was sprayed we asked if the chemicals will hurt our puppy he said no. An hour after he left there were roaches crawling on the countertop my wife was cleaning the countertop removing them.You could smell the chemicals in the house that night our dog was vomiting.We had our bags on the floor we were concerned if any crawl in our bags and we take them home.
