The two-family house is in the Recco hills, a little town near Genoa and Rapallo. It is in a quiet residential area, surrounded by a big olive grove. The holiday villa consists of two independent apartments. Holiday apartment B occupies the lower floor, while apartment A occupies the two upper floors. The apartments afford a wonderful view of Recco and the sea.
Holiday apartment A provides around 200m² of living space. There is a big living room on the lower floor, with a suite in front of the fireplace, including a sofa bed for two people and a flatscreen TV. There are two single beds (90 x 190cm) behind a bookcase, which can also be arranged as a double bed. The dining space has a table and chairs. The kitchen next to it has a practical hatch through to the dining space and is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. There is also a big shower room. Stairs lead to the upper floor with a total of three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bunk bed, the second with a double bed, and the third with two single beds that can also be joined together as a double bed. A supplementary bed for one person can be added to the four-bed room. The double beds measure 160 x 190cm, the single beds 90 x 190cm. There are also three bathrooms on this floor, two with a shower and one with a whirlpool bath.
Holiday apartment B provides around 100m² of living space. The living room-kitchen provides an upholstered suite, including two sofa beds for two people (140 x 190cm) and two armchairs that can be pulled out as single beds. There is also a flatscreen TV. The dining space is furnished with a table and chairs. The kitchen space is next to it, equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, both with two single beds that can also be joined together as double beds. A folding bed for one person can be added to one of the bedrooms. The single beds measure 90 x 190cm. There are also two bathrooms here with a shower. Wireless Internet access is available in the house and garden. The apartments provide perfect holiday accommodation even outside of the summer season, as all the rooms are fitted with radiators. There is no air conditioning.
The site of around 3000m² is terraced and planted with olive trees. An oak forest surrounds the olive grove. The mounted pool is worth a special mention. There are hammocks in the garden, ideal for relaxing. There is a big terrace in front of apartment A with a table, chairs and grill. An awning provides pleasant shade during the summer months. The four-bed room opens onto a balcony. In front of apartment B there is a little sea-view terrace with a table and chairs, as well as a garden with a grill. On one part of the site there is a big parking area for a maximum of twelve cars, which can be accessed along external and internal stairs. The completely enclosed site is closed off by an automatic gate.
The town centre 2km away has shops, restaurants and bars. You can walk from the villa to the Dell’Ascensione pilgrimage church. Genova Nervi and Genoa are just 4km away. There is bicycle hire in Recco and Rapallo.
