Historic building with lots of charm. Excellent location for events in downtown. Easy walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Host was quick to respond to inquiries and helpful when needed. Will stay here again when in the area.

The apartment was just like it was listed. It was very comfortable for the seven of us. We were there for a cheer competition and everything was walkable. So many restaurants and stores. Very nice downtown.

The house was exactly what it said it was. There were just minor turn offs. There were holes in the tub with minor rust, no extra toilet paper or paper towels (but not sure if that’s included). The trundle beds are straight springs not the best for adults but were fine for kids. The rooms at night sometimes smell like smoke so not sure if other apartments permit smoking and it just filters through. The owners can’t control that, just giving a heads up. Communication with the host was great and efficient!! Overall, It’s great for a short stay and surrounded by everything! Also really great location for Children’s Museum at just 12 min.

Wonderful stay for Indy 500. Anh was very accommodating and responsive. Loved the fresh cookies upon arrival!Slight smell of "covering up smoke" was my only complaint. Once we opened the window, it was better.We would stay there again!
