This is Tampa, the area is generally quiet, but the deli across the street can occasionally get noisy during peak hours, with music and an active crowd. Our properties are generally safe and kept in top condition. Outside we have cameras on parking to help with peace of mind. However, we suggest you to do your due diligence and research any place your booking prior. We have a strict No animal Policy
As much as we love animals, this is a no-animal rental. Our family also uses the home, and our autistic son has medical life-threatening allergies to all animals, including hypoallergenic breeds. For health and undue hardship reasons, animals are not permitted.
