Comfortable and beautiful holiday apartment with charm and high living comfort in the colorful town of the Harz Mountains - Wernigerode. Your feel-good home is right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone in the historic old town, which with its charming half-timbered houses and cozy streets is not only worth seeing, but also extremely attractive. City tours, museums and excursions to the Harz National Park - Wernigerode offers the ideal mix of culture and nature when it comes to taking a break from everyday life. Recommended are, among other things, a tour of the town hall or participation in a brewery tour. A wide range of restaurants and various shops and small shops also provide variety.

Die Wohnung war an sich schön. Von 3. Fernseher ging nur einer. Das Internet funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Die Betten mussten wir selber beziehen. Der Vermieter hat sich nicht gemeldet, trotz Mail und Telefonanfrage. Die Gästekarte mussten wir daher selber im Touristenbüro holen. Es wurde zu viel Kurtaxe verrechnet. Es waren keine Infos in der Wohnung vorhanden, wie z.B. die Mülltrennung funktioniert. Sauber war es so halbwegs, unter dem Sofa fanden wir noch Essensreste.

Wir waren hier für 7 Nächte mit unseren Töchtern im Alter von 5 und 6 Jahren. Ausgezeichnete Wohnung im Herzen von Wernigerode. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Hintertür. Anders als das Hauptfoto vermuten lässt, liegt die Wohnung nicht im alten Rathaus, sondern mitten in der Einkaufsstraße dieser schönen Stadt. Mit Kindern in diesem Alter gibt es in der Region viel zu unternehmen. In der Wohnung gibt es kein Spielzeug, Sie müssen Ihr eigenes mitbringen. Außerdem fehlten (meiner Meinung nach) einige Grundbedürfnisse im Haus: Es gibt keine Waschmaschine und als Ersatz für Unfälle gibt es keinen Eimer und keinen Wäscheständer. Einen Eimer und ein Seil können Sie in der Drogerie in der Nähe kaufen. In der Küche vermisste ich Servierlöffel, Topflappen, Ofenhandschuhe und Allzweckreiniger. Eine Jalousie war kaputt, eine andere fiel auseinander, sobald wir sie bedienten. Ansonsten war die Hygiene gut. Es gibt ein Luftqualitätsgerät, daher war die Atmosphäre angenehm. Alles in allem ein toller Ort, was Lage und Platz betrifft, allerdings könnte man etwas auf die Grundausstattung achten, so dass man als Tourist für eine Woche Urlaub nicht nach diesen Dingen suchen muss.

Der Vermieter war trotz mehrerer telefonischer Anfragen sowie Mails nicht erreichbar. Eine Rückmeldung erfolgte in der Zeit des Aufenthaltes ebenfalls nicht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Matratzen im kleinen Schlafraum sind durchgelegen. Es fehlen Kleinigkeiten in der Küche wie z.B. eine Schere. Die Lage ist wunderbar.
