Nice House with some small issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice small house for vacation. 3 queen beds was a plus for our family. Unfortunantly the sofa sleeper bed had a broken frame and has not been replaced quickly so we could not use that bed as planned. The managment company was nice enough to provide us a small twin roll-a-way. 2 bedrooms had a TV along with the main TV in the living room. 1 bedroom had no TV and also had no fan. Looked like it had been removed or damaged and not replaced also. The lamps in the living room also did not work as the receptacles had no power. Easy to tell this house has had alot of use and not much upkeep other than cleaning. The home was cleaned well when we arrived.
