Designer villa in modern style with pool and spacious garden
This detached family home is located in a small village at the end of the road in a beautiful and green environment, just three kilometres from the sea and four kilometres from Umag. The location is ideal for family activities, romantic getaways or just pure relaxation.
The approx. 110 m² designer villa was recently built to the highest standard (2018).

The nearest town centre with a train station, bars and clubs is just four kilometres away. A grocery shop is just two kilometres away and the nearest cafés and restaurants are three kilometres away.
