This gorgeous, 760 sq. ft. direct beachfront, 2nd-floor smaller complex condo is located on the sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island. It is perfect for small families and couple's getaways.
Escape the daily grind to relax in this little slice of heaven! Be greeted by the lovely decor and coastal vibes as you enter the living space of this direct beachfront property. Pour a glass of wine and enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing to the shore from the private balcony.

Unwind in the cozy bedroom, featuring a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with an attached private bathroom. There is a bunk bed (sleeps 2) alcove in the hallway and a queen-size sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living room.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the wonderfully upgraded and equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can also swim in our gulf side swimming pool!

Okaloosa Island in Fort-Walton Beach is minutes from Destin (approximately 7 miles) and a short 15-20 minutes from Fort-Walton Airport (VPS), where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, and American airlines fly daily!

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

​​​​​​​***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 Keurig pods, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand & face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes.
For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies.
