Everything was good with the house. It was nice that laundry machines were included! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked nicely. I definitely will stay again if in the area.

Great little house in Tampa. Very clean, comfortable and well thought out. Lots of little details were thought of, paper plates, enough trash bags, shampoo/conditioner and little things like that. Close to all the Tampa hot spots, and some smaller gems too. The pool and playgrounds out the back gate were so nice for the kids to explore and play on. Very family friendly area. If we're ever back in Tampa I'd definitely stay here again, Jayden was very attentive and helpful.

I have a standard for guests when I entertain! I guess the owner has no common sense when it come to certain aspects of cleaning procedures! I believe their should be a standard when renting a "3 bedroom" house

Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. It is in the flight pattern for planes from Tampa airport, but with air conditioner on and windows closed it was not a problem. Everything we needed for our stay was there. We would book here again if we come back. I would suggest a map, or directions to the pool would be nice. We never saw the pool. It wasn’t a problem for us because our family in area, we were visiting, had a pool.
