The apartment on the ground floor provides a living room of over 50m², which you enter directly through the front door. The last residents used this room as a cow barn. The original layout can still be seen in the reused historical terracotta slabs in the former hallway. The bathroom is proof that history can be combined successfully with comfort. It has an integrated well with a historical mirror, as well as a shower, WC and urinal, a washbasin made of shell limestone. The bedroom has a double bed made of hand-hewn soft wood beams.
