Experience Hilton Head Island like a local in this 1-bedroom villa. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. The space offers a terrific blend of comfort and convenience, offering a king size bed and full size murphy bed. Steps away from the beach. Short walk to the marina, Salty Dog , and pickleball courts. Fully equipped kitchen and bath. Host will provide key code prior to arrival.
Unit is located on 2nd floor, only access is the stairs.
Sea Pines is a private community with very specific rules and regulations. Please access sea pines living.com to read and download the complete listing.
Motorcycles, motor homes, recreational vehicles, golf carts, electric bikes are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security.
Every vehicle musts have a gate pass for entry that may be purchased at the gate $9 daily or $20 weekly.(rates may vary)
