A delightful home with history and a noisy trout stream just outside your door! With in 5 minutes of Young Harris College, 15 minutes to John Campbell Folk School and Rock Crusher ATV area. You are also within 30 minutes to Helen. Are you a rock hound, the Lapidary School is just a short distance down the road. Love Crane Creek Vineyards? A hop jump and skip down the road and there you are. This cabin is private and secluded but only a short distance back to the main road.

First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.
