Welcome to The Blue Parrot Cottage!! A 30A staple for 20 years with a loyal following of past guests who continue to come back year after year.

Now under new ownership as of January 2026 to LOCAL owners who just fell in love with the home and opportunity to take it under our wing. We want to continue to provide the same unforgettable vacations that have been offered at this home for all who have chosen it. Previous Owners/Listing: Had 141 reviews with a 10/10 "Exceptional" rating. We plan to keep up its reputation.

Nestled on the West end of 30A in Blue Mountain Beach, this cozy beach cottage offers a comfortable retreat for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. With two bedrooms featuring a king bed, queen bed, and built-in bunk beds, there’s plenty of space for families or friends.

We are located just ONE BLOCK to the Gulfview Heights Beach Access. It's a short two minute walk to a beautiful stretch of beach right off of 30A. The private pool is there for you too cool off on warm days but can also be heated (extra daily charge) to make sure it's enjoyed year round. Covered porches wrap around the house that includes a seating area to relax, a dining table to eat your meals al fresco, & a large gas grill for evenings that you decide to stay in. The property has plenty of parking including covered underneath the house.

We provide beach chairs, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen for your use. We can also connect you with a daily chair/umbrella service if you want to have a spot reserved before hand.

Blue Mountain Beach is full of great restaurants, bike paths, shopping and more. The closest 30A communities would be Gulf Place to the west and Grayton Beach to the East. Sandestin and Seaside are only a few minutes further.
