Grill Use: A propane gas grill is available. Guests are responsible for providing their own propane tank and cleaning the grill thoroughly after each use.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials to get you started, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, linens, towels, starter toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests should plan to purchase or bring their own additional supplies, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, and laundry detergent.
Property Maintenance: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. It also receives monthly pest control and quarterly HVAC servicing to ensure your comfort.
Trash Collection: County trash and recycling pickup is on Thursday. Please place bins by the curb on collection day.
Cameras: Two external cameras are outside. One in the front and one in the back.
Pets: One pet under 20 pounds is allowed at an additional fee per pet per stay.
